(More customer reviews)I installed the Miele cord reel assembly for series S500 vacuum cleaners and it works. That's all I wanted. But getting it from Killdirt left me wondering if I was ever going to get it. First of all, despite what the Killdirt web store says, and despite what the salesperson told me on the phone, it was not in stock. I was told that only after a few days went by and there was no confirmation or receipt via email. When 2 weeks passed and still no confirmation or receipt, I called again and was asked if I had received it. No. Then I was told they hadn't sent it yet "by mistake." After that conversation the part was finally put into Priority Mail and arrived a few days later. On the other hand, the price was lower than another online offer, and a lot lower than having your local repair shop get the part and install it!
