(More customer reviews)Bought this vacuum to handle our 2200SF 2 story house. We have 4 kids & a chocolate lab (think dirt, crumbs & dog hair). The entire lower story of our house is wooden floors & large area rugs.
Overall - we like this vacuum & are glad we got it. The power nozzle works well & the front end fits under our large sectional - which is a bonus. The vacuum is plastic with metal parts - but I'm fine with that. I dont want to spend $800 for a vacuum just so I can have metal parts.
Ok - my complaint is that the handle (the part where you push it) isnt very well designed. I feel like I am fighting to get the power head to go straight. The onboard tools are awkwardly placed. They are literally on a little ledge right in the middle of the metal tube. They dont necessarily get in the way - but they are awkward & if you're fighting with the power nozzle direction - they do fall off in the ruckus.
Again - the vacuum is very well priced & does what I want it to (after I man-handle the hose).
