(More customer reviews)We owned an older version of this same type of the Oreck hand held vacumn cleaner. We loved it and used it for years. When it finally gave out, we ordered this one expecting the same great quality. Not so...yes it does a good job picking up the dust/dirt, but the flexible hose is about 1 foot long, and isn't very flexible (hey Oreck, have you stopped laughing yet???). They did away with the scent holder, so now if you want to leave a nice scent behind, put it inside the vacumn bag. Also, the attachment for the hardwood and tile floor is a joke, we just happened to have the floor attachment from our old Oreck and are using that. I would think twice about buying this particular product.
