(More customer reviews)These bags are expensive and only work when you can get the air out of the bags. However, we have had a problem doing just that, it is very frustrating. Sometimes it works but most of the time it does not. We changed batteries -- that does not work; put smaller amounts in the bag, that does not work. If there is some secret we sure would like to know what it is because we are now using the bags as simple freezer bags. My husband is one unhappy camper!!
