The original Eureka filter has a much tighter grid, a more solid weave, and a heavier feel, making me think this filter won't perform as well. I haven't used it long enough to judge, but one look tells me this isn't as high quality as the Eureka part. It is highly annoying that you must examine the fine print description here on Amazon to learn this isn't an original Eureka filter. Beware the deceptive heading, "Eureka Vacuum Smart HEPA 61111." This filter is made by the esteemed manufacturer "Dust Care." Nowhere does the description provide that name, now, does it?
