(More customer reviews)Took a while to get to me, but it was worth the wait. I wish now we had bought the vacuum that was a little more and came with the hepa and this floor attachment standard. However, it was worth every penny and works fabulously. Only problem is when I have a floor runner, this is definitely not for carpets. I have to go one way only to get the cat hair up or switch to the carpet floor tool. That is a pain, so I just go in one direction over and over, so that it doesn't do this sorta 'flip' up on the pull back. Works for me on all my hardwood floors and the swivel head really turns any which way you need.
