(More customer reviews)This rinse aid is fantastic. It is crystal clear and keeps my glassware spotless. Yes, it is expensive, but helps my Miele clean everything to a streak-free shine. This stuff even handles the high temperature wash for "sani" applications. Oh, the company that sells it (Factory Direct) has excellent customer service. They were able to resolve a small problem with my order. I've always used a different brand of rinse aid, but this one is superior, especially on the high temperature setting. I just noticed that the bottle I purchased has the lemon scent and leaves the washer with a pleasant smell after finishing, especially during the turbo dry. Only drawback; it is not available in our local stores. I have to buy it through Amazon.
