(More customer reviews)So I order 2 of these Kenmore Vacuum Sealers. One comes in malfunctioning. Then I call Sportmans Guide Customer Service. They tell me a return UPS sticker will come in. 2days later I receive an email from Cust Serv saying to ship back for replacement. I call them up to let them know I'm still waiting for the UPS return stamp. They tell me not to worry to ship it via US Postal and to include the shipping bill in the return box for a refund. Once the box at S. Guide's warehouse, I call them to make I'll get a replacement unit. This was confirmed. I also asked to get my refund for the 45$ shipping charge. Their answer is : we can only give a credit notice of 25$ for a future purchase ! Is it me, or have we lost total sense of commitment and customer care ??? Unacceptable...don't buy from SG nor Bargain Outfitters.
