(More customer reviews)I purchased the Weed Eater Barracuda in the year 1997 at the local ACE hardware Store. I decided for this model because this is a combined Blower/ Garden Vac that can be easily converted and has a really powerful blow or suck force. The delivered bag made of fabric can be carried on a strap across the shoulder. This is convinient but soon I saw that the bag will fill up in a minute in case you want to vac all leaves in fall. I tried to get a hose attached to the vac exit and into a bin covered with a mesh liner but there is nothing on the market. I fixed it myself and tried it with vent hoses made of vinyl or aluminum attached with duct tape. Nothing really could withstand the powerfull stream and all broke apart.
To make it a true power cleaner in order to fight tons of leaves, some aftermarket manufacturers should offer a high quality garbage bin attachment set.
